All our plans can be cancelled at any time. However, due to the cost of developing a website if you decide to cancel before 12 months you will be subject a 'Opt Out Fee'. The reason we have to do this is to prevent a case where one could purchase a plan for one month, get a website developed worth £3000+ and cancel the contract.
Each month the 'Opt Out Fee' will reduce in price and after 12 months the 'Opt Out Fee' will be revoked and you will be welcome to opt out at any time and keep EVERYTHING for yourself.
If you are opted in to a package plan Digital Crumpets will cover all of the hosting costs for your website. This hosting is managed directly within webflow. The domain registration and maintenance will be provided by you (this is typically around £10/year).
