A prestigious London trading firm partnered with an elite concierge service to provide wellness programmes for high-performing executives. These individuals worked 12-16 hour days managing millions in trades whilst struggling to maintain their health despite having premium resources.
The concierge service had developed a scientifically-backed wellness protocol requiring strict adherence to workout regimens, nutrition plans, and stress management techniques. However, they managed everything through WhatsApp, emails, printed sheets, and manual check-ins that couldn't scale.
Executives missed sessions and forgot to log progress because the system was fragmented. The concierge team spent hours manually tracking dozens of busy executives with unpredictable schedules. There was no systematic way to track engagement or measure programme effectiveness.
The Platform
I developed a sophisticated wellness platform that transformed how the concierge service delivered their programme. The solution centred around a custom client portal with single sign-on, eliminating password friction for time-pressed executives.
Each executive had a personalised dashboard showing workout plans, nutrition guidelines, and progress metrics. The system automatically adapted to preferences, with the concierge team able to customise every aspect of the experience.
